Meet Tricia

Tricia Gordon

Hello there,

Tricia here—it's nice to virtually meet you! I'm delighted you have chosen to stop and get to know me a little better. As your fellow traveler and encourager, I bring a repertoire of unique tools to assist you. When it comes to my approach as a therapist, I use traditional talk therapy and experiential approaches when working with clients. I am practical, witty, present, a container of hope, and creative in helping you find your answers and get relief.

I bring different perspectives to situations because of my experience in corporate and nonprofits—and creating two businesses of my own. My 10+ year career in HR helped me recognize I was more intrigued with the lives of others and helping them show up as their best selves—and less focused on the policies and procedures, which led me to become a counselor, consultant, and coach.

While my work started with working with children and trauma in the early stages, I am passionate about working with women in my work today. I provide a refreshing and understanding perspective when it comes to dealing with "all the stuff" that comes with life and changes throughout life especially the middle stages of life—along with providing my clients the tools and support to adjust and pivot in those situations.

I obtained my Bachelor's in Psychology from Tulane University; my Master's in Industrial Relations, Carlson School of Management, University of Minnesota; and my Master's in Counseling, Dallas Theological Seminary.

When I'm not on the job, I love traveling, indulging in fun family and friend adventures, being in nature, and enjoying coffee and chocolates.
